Terms of use

These terms cover using this system: our support portal, our documents portal, the satisfaction survey, the service status page and the staff system. The system is run by SystemSquad Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore (UEN 201624344E), of 138 Robinson Road, #02-26, Oxley Tower, Singapore 068906.

Your agreements with us come first

These terms are about using the system. The service you buy from us is governed by your agreement with us: the quotation you accepted, your contract and your service terms. Where these terms and your agreement differ, your agreement wins. Nothing here adds a promise of service levels or availability beyond what your agreement gives.

Who may use it

  • SystemSquad staff, with the account we give them, signed in with their SystemSquad Microsoft account.
  • Our customers, through the links we send them. A portal link is for the person it was sent to: please do not forward it. When a link expires, ask for a new one on the support portal sign-in page.

Support requests

  • What you write on a request, and the files you attach, become part of that request. Our staff working on it can read them.
  • If your company has named a portal administrator, that person can see every request from your company and approve or decline requests that need an approval.
  • Replying to our emails adds to the same request.
  • Attach only screenshots and PDFs that help us with the request, and nothing you are not allowed to share with us.

Quotations, invoices and contracts

  • The documents portal lists the quotations, invoices and contracts we have sent you. Quotations and invoices download as PDFs; for a copy of a contract, ask us. While we prepare an updated version of a quotation, its PDF may not be offered until the new version reaches you.
  • Accepting a quotation on the portal accepts the version shown, on the terms printed on it, as if you had accepted it by email. If we send a newer version, the portal asks you to look at that one first.
  • A quotation can be accepted on the portal until the end of its valid-until day, Singapore time. After that, ask us for an updated quotation.
  • If you have a purchase order number, send it in a reply to our email; we record it against the quotation.

Using it fairly

Do not try to reach anyone else's requests or documents, test the system's security without our written agreement, or upload anything harmful. We may stop a link or an account that is misused.
